Guidelines

Update: The call for abstracts for the LCM 2017 conference is now closed.


Submit an abtstract:
Abstract submission was handled using: ConfTool LCM 2017,
Abstracts must contain a title of maximum 200 characters (including spaces)
Abstract content must describe the planned contribution in maximum 500 words.
Deadline for abstracts submission will be on 15.01.2016

Based on the abstracts, the session chairs can (alternatives)

  • Invite the authors for oral presentation
  • Invite the authors to present the work in a poster session
  • Reject the contribution
  • Recommend re-allocation to another session

After the abstracts selection process, each session chairs will be asked to select two abstracts for which the authors (industrial and/or academic and/or consultant) will be invited to write a full paper that will be part of the special book to be edited by the conference chairs and published by Springer after the conference. The selected authors will be free to accept or not the invitation.

Abstracts review process to be respected by Session Chairs and Co-chairs

In the following, the review process for session chairs and co-chairs is starting with the call for abstracts until publication of papers.

  1. The call for abstracts will be released on 15.05.2016
    1. Abstracts should describe the content of the planned contribution in max. 500 words
    2. Deadline for abstracts submission will be on 15.12.2016 15.01.2017
  2. Review of abstracts
    1. Reviews are done by the session chair and co-chair, between 15.12.2016 and 28.02.2017.
    2. Based on the abstracts the session chairs can (alternatives):
      1. invite for oral presentation
      2. invite to present the work in a poster session
      3. reject the contribution
      4. recommend re-allocation to another session
